David "Feather" Evans is has received a painting degree from the UofM and now he knows everything. Don't believe us? Ask him, he'll tell you. He started tattooing in 1991 and helped open Underground Art in 1993. Since then his name has become synonymous with detailed precision tattoos. He has a huge fan base that is loyal beyond measure, not unlike a god...or Cher.
